Villa Kaaripoukama is located on a beautiful promontory on the shore of Lake Päijänne, the plot overlooking the lake towards the east, south and west. The project consists of the main building, a lakeside sauna, a garage and a carport, all to be used for holidays year-round. The starting points for the design were the integration of stunning scenery into the plan, sustainable and beautiful materials, and a practical layout suitable for an active, sport-loving family of four and guests. The house provides an environment for relaxing in nature, but attention was also paid to the functionality of spatial solutions. The selected materials and shades reinforce the peaceful and soothing atmosphere.
