Avarrus is turning this K.A. Wrede designed neo-gothic gem into 26 apartments. The building has previously been owned by Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission, and has served as their office building until 2018. The building is undergoing a massive transformation on the inside but the plan protected street facade is only repaired with care. Apartments on the street side have views to Tähtitorni park, one of the prettiest parks in Helsinki. The new residents are going to get also fabulous communal spaces, gym and a spa section. Ground floor apartments are going to get own patios on the inner courtyard.
