Avarrus turned this K.A. Wrede -designed neo-gothic gem into 26 apartments. The building was previously owned by Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission, and served as their office building until 2018. The building underwent a massive transformation on the inside while the plan protected street facade was repaired with care keeping changes minimal. Apartments on the street side have views to Tähtitorni park, one of the prettiest parks in Helsinki. Residents can enjoy fabulous communal spaces, gym and a spa section in the bottom floor. Ground floor apartments have their own patios on the inner courtyard.
