Competition entry for a housing block. Our emphasis was to design diverse and flexible apartments and quality communal spaces. The apartments are both modifiable on the inside as well as combinable with neighbouring studios. Communal spaces consist of common laundry room and lounge, roof top saunas, outdoor gym, club rooms and terraces for multiple purposes such as working remotely. The roof top has many amenities like community gardens, walking paths, running track and outdoor gym.
