Malminiityntie 26 is a publicly subsidised housing estate that was designed for Asuntosäätiö and completed in November 2019. The site in Vantaa is bounded by a public park. The building adapts to the surrounding 1970’s cityscape bringing a new layer to it. We especially like the blue steel clad 4th floor that consists of communal spaces such as saunas and a club room.
