The former Finnish Forest Reseach Institute office building was converted into apartments. Designed by Jalmari Peltonen at 1938, this functionalist gem lies in the attractive green area of Jokiniemi, just a kilometer away from busy Tikkurila train station. All of the apartments have a built-in sleeping loft made from massive CLT.
