Avarrus has designed a 13-story residential building which will rise right by the entrance of to-be-completed Finnoo metro station. Finnoo is a new residential district in the city of Espoo. Because of the close location near the new station the ground floor is suitable for spot for small businesses. Top floor is reserved for common saunas and clubrooms for all residents to use.
