Noli Otaniemi

A 15-storey Noli Studios is being built to Otaniemi, which is a university district in Espoo known for red brick buildings designed by architect Alvar Aalto. The Noli Studios concept combines the coziness of home with hotel-level services and community. The building of over 400 studios is to be completed in 2024 and it aims for carbon neutrality and LEED Platinum certificate.
