Reference Plan

Avarrus Architects created a reference plan for the City of Vantaa for the developing Aviapolis area. The project is based on the Markkatien block competition held in 2019, which Avarrus won with their proposal Mark of Huber. The diverse block includes a hotel, offices, a parking garage, and apartments.
