Conversion of the mission house into apartments.
Tähtitorninkatu 16 is located in southern Helsinki on the edge of Tähtitorninmäki, the former office of the Finnish Mission Society, which was converted into 26 luxurious apartments. The building was completed in two parts in 1900 and 1906 and is designed by architect K.A Wrede. The protected parish building designed by Wrede has been influenced by German and English brick Gothic. In the apartments, special attention has been paid to a higher than usual level of equipment. In addition, for the residents' enjoyment, the building has high-quality common areas with a lounge, a gym and a high-quality sauna section.
