Noli Myyrmäki

Avarrus had the opportunity to develop new and innovative living concepts together with Noli Studios in Myyrmäki, Vantaa. The eight-story hotel building is located in the middle of a vibrant sports and campus area, near the intersection of major roads. The key concepts in the design process were accessibility, activity, and liveliness. Clear, linear forms and an abundance of light characterize both the exterior and interior architecture of the hotel. The ground floor living spaces open up to the street through glass walls, creating an inviting atmosphere for both short- and long-term visitors.
