Apartment building in Vantaa's Simonkylä.
Malminiityntie 26 is a new apartment building designed for Avarrus Asuntosäätiö, which was completed in November 2019. The plot is located on the edge of the park in a residential environment mainly built in the 1970s. The residents' sauna and club room are located on the top "blue floor" of the building.
